摘要(Abstract)：

目的建立采用HPLC-蒸发光散射检测器(ELSD)法测定曲安奈德新霉素贴膏中新霉素含量。方法色谱条件为:Ultimate LP-C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相:0.2 mol/L三氟醋酸溶液-甲醇(95∶5),流速:1.0 m L/min,漂移管温度:40℃,载气流速:3.0 L/min,蒸发光检测器Gain值:4。结果新霉素进样量在1.0~5.0μg范围内,峰面积的对数值与进样量的对数值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.998 5)。结论方法准确、简便、重复性好,可用于曲安奈德新霉素贴膏中新霉素的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC-ELSD method for Determination of Neomycin in Triamcinolone Acetonide and Neomycin paste. METHODS The analysis was performed on a Ultimate LP-C18column( 250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of 0.2 mol / L Trifluoroacetic acid in water-Methanol( 95 ∶5). The drite tube temperature was 40 ℃ and the carrier gas flow rate was 3.0 L / min. The evaporative light scattering detector Gain was 4. RESULTS The peak area of numerical and sample size on numerical showed a good linear relationship in the range of Neomycin in 1.0-5.0 μg( r = 0.998 5). CONCLUSION The method is accurate,reliable and available with a reproducibility,and it can be used for the content determination of Neomycin in Triamcinolone Acetonide and Neomycin Paste.
