摘要(Abstract)：

目的调查本院住院药房药品包装规格现状并分析其对调剂造成的影响。方法运用Excel软件统计住院药房片剂和胶囊剂包装规格,分析包装规格不适宜对药品调剂造成的影响。结果片剂和胶囊剂的数量占所有口服制剂的81.1%,1~20片(粒)/盒(瓶)区间药品包装规格数量多,约占50%,药品包装规格偏小造成药房人力资源浪费、产生大量医疗垃圾、药品价格等问题。结论建议药监部门出台药品包装规格的政策法规并引导或要求企业对一些常规用药使用大包装规格。
OBJECTIVE To survey the drug packing specifications in the inpatient dispensary and to analyze the effect on drug dispensing.METHODS The Excel software was used to count the packing specifications of tablets and capsules,and the workers in the inpatient dispensary were surveyed to collect the influence of the drug dispensing by unsuitable packing specifications. RESULTS81.1% of all oral formulations were tablets and capsules,the proportion of 1-20 pills( capsules) per packing specifications was about50%. Because of the small packing specifications,more workers were needed and more packings were discarded. CONCLUSION Some policies and regulations of drug packing specifications need to be established to encourage large packing specifications.
