复方灵芝膏多糖的含量测定Determination of Polysaccharide in Fufang Lingzhigao

摘要(Abstract)：
目的确定复方灵芝膏的功效成分——多糖的含量测定方法。方法采用苯酚-硫酸显色法、分光光度法测定复方灵芝膏中多糖的含量,并对影响显色反应的主要因素进行了考查。结果该方法显示葡萄糖在21.2～127.2μg范围内,葡萄糖质量浓度与吸光度具有良好的线性关系。其平均回收率为98.98%,相对标准偏差(RSD)值为2.63%。结论该方法测定多糖含量具有精密度高和重现性好的优点,可用于复方灵芝膏的质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of the effect ingredient content in Fufang Lingzhigao. Methods Phenol-sulfuric acid method and UV-spectrophotometer method were used to determine the content of polysaccharide in Fufang Lingzhigao. And the main factors affecting color reaction were investigated. Results the linear relationship of polysacchariders concentration was at the range of 21.2~127.2 μg/ml. And the average recover was 98.98%, RSD was 2.63. Conclusion The method, by which the amount of polysaccharide was determined exhibits advantage of high precision and reproducibility, can be used for the quality control of Fufang Lingzhigao.
