摘要(Abstract)：

目的探究双黄连注射液联合环磷腺苷葡胺治疗病毒性心肌炎疗效及血清miR、Th指标的变化。方法选取2014年3月~2016年3月于我院接受治疗的病毒性心肌炎患者122例,按照随机数表法,分为对照组与观察组,各61例。对照组行环磷腺苷葡胺治疗,观察组行双黄连注射液联合环磷腺苷葡胺治疗。观察两组患者治疗3周后的临床疗效,治疗1周后以及治疗3周后血清miR、Th指标的变化。结果观察组改善率为95.08%,明显高于对照组的72.13%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗3周后,观察组miR-146b、miR-155水平明显低于对照组,miR-1、miR-133水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组IL-4明显高于对照组,观察组IL-5、IL-6、IL-10、IL-17、IL-21、IL-23明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论双黄连注射液联合环磷腺苷葡胺治疗病毒性心肌炎能显著提高疗效,改善血清miR、Th指标。
OBJECTIVE To explore the therapeutic effect of Shuanghuanglian injection and cyclic adenosine phosphate on miR and Th in serum of patients with viral myocarditis. METHODS 122 cases patients with viral myocarditis were selected in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2016,and randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,61 cases in each group.The control group was treated with meglumine adnosine cyclophosphate,and the observation group was treated with Shuanghuanglian injection and meglumine adenosine cyclophosphate.The clinical efficacy of two groups after 3 weeks were observed.the serum miR and Th levels were observed 1 week and 3 weeks after treatment. RESULTS The improvement rate of observation group was 95.08%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 72.13%( P<0.05).3 weeks after treatment,the levels of miR-146 b and miR-155 in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,miR-1 and miR-133 were significantly higher than those of the control group( P < 0. 05). The level of IL-4 in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,The levels of IL-5,IL-6,IL-10,IL-17,IL-21 and IL-23 of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group( P < 0. 05). CONCLUSION Shuanghuanglian injection and meglumine adenosine cyclophosphate can significantly improve the curative effect and improve the serum miR and Th indexes.
