贝母瓜蒌散离子导入治疗社区获得性肺炎的效果评价

摘要(Abstract):

目的评价贝母瓜蒌散离子导入治疗社区获得性肺炎(community acquired pneumonia, CAP)的临床效果,以期探索CAP治疗的最佳方案。方法取某院在2018~2020年收治确诊为CAP的患者114例,分为试验组与对照组,两组均各57例。对照组采用抗感染、解痉止咳、化痰等基础治疗,试验组在对照组治疗基础上联合贝母瓜蒌散离子导入治疗,治疗剂量为1剂/天。两组治疗疗程均为7 d。记录和比较组间有关观察指标差异,行成本-效果分析,对贝母瓜蒌散离子导入治疗CAP的效果进行评价。结果试验组治疗费、药品费低于对照组(P<0.05),试验组经治疗后的C反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)和白细胞计数(WBC)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05),肺部CT影像好转时间、临床症状消失时间、体温恢复正常时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),而治疗有效率则高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组C/E为16 042,对照组C/E为26 685,试验组优于对照组。结论贝母瓜蒌散离子导入疗法可显著改善CAP患者临床症状,缩短住院时间,抑制炎症指标,提高治疗有效率,更具经济性。
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Beimugualou powder iontophoresis in the treatment of community acquired pneumonia(CAP), and explore the best scheme of clinical cap treatment. METHODS 114 patients who were diagnosed with CAP in a hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group and 57 cases in each group. The control group was treated with anti-infection, antispasmodic cough, phlegm and other basic treatment, while the experimental group was treated with Beimugualou powder iontophoresis based on the control group. The therapeutic dose was 1 dose/day. The treatment course of the two groups were 7 days. The differences in related observation indicators between the groups were recorded and compared, and cost-effectiveness analysis were carried out, so as to evaluate the effect of Beimugualou powder iontophoresis on CAP. RESULTS The treatment costs and drug costs of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05), the levels of PCT, CRP, and WBC were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05), the time for clinical symptoms to disappear, the time for lung CT image to improve, and the time for body temperature recovery and hospital stay were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05), and the treatment efficiency was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The C/E of the experimental group was 16 042, and the C/E of the control group was 26 685. The experimental group was better than the control group. CONCLUSION Beimugualou powder iontophoresis can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of CAP patients, shorten the time of hospital stay, inhibit inflammatory indexes, improve the treatment effect and reduce the treatment cost.
