谷氨酸-谷氨酰胺循环在抑郁症发病机制中作用的研究进展

摘要(Abstract):

谷氨酸-谷氨酰胺循环是大脑中谷氨酸合成与代谢的主要途径,谷氨酸作为兴奋性神经递质调节大脑生理功能。近年来,大量研究表明抑郁症的发病过程与谷氨酸-谷氨酰胺循环障碍存在重要联系。基于此,本文综述归纳了谷氨酸生理作用、谷氨酸-谷氨酰胺循环过程、抑郁症中循环障碍表现以及靶向谷氨酸能系统药物在抑郁症中的研究现状,以期为后续研究提供参考依据。
Glutamate-glutamine cycle is the main pathway of glutamate synthesis and metabolism in the brain.Glutamate is one kind of excitatory neurotransmitters for regulating brain physiological function.Recent studies had indicated that the development of depression was associated with dysregulation of glutamate-glutamine cycle.This review focused on physiological characteristics of glutamate, process of glutamate-glutamine cycle, the role of glutamate-glutamine cycle in depression and antidepressants acting on the glutamatergic system, in order to provide reference for future research.
