摘要(Abstract)：

目的运用HIS-Trakcare系统的强大功能,实现基本用药说明书数据库的电子化,在医院局域网上为医务人员提供基本用药说明书的实时快速查询,帮助临床制定合理的用药方案,保障病人用药安全有效,提高医疗质量。方法收集各个药品生产厂家的正规药品说明书(经国家药监局批准)及相关的药品资料信息,编辑医院基本用药处方集;使用SQL工具建立药品说明书数据库,应用Visual Basic语言编程,设计药品简要说明查询界面。结果药品说明书数据库查询界面直观,操作简单、快速,有利于医务人员准确、及时地掌握药品信息。结论建立药品说明书数据库、实现快速的实时查询功能,是医院实施规范、安全用药的有效途径,能有效提高临床合理用药水平,更好地为患者服务。
Objective To realize the implementation of electronic database of basic medicine directions the application of HIS-Trakcare system,then to provide real-time and quick inquiries for medical staff through the local area network of the hospital.Methods Information concerning medicine directions were collected and sorted.The dispensatory database was established by using SQL server 2000 and Visual Basic programming language.Results The basic medicine directions database system was easy to operate.It could guide the rational clinical application of drug.Conclusion The established basic medicine directions database is a useful way to realize the rational clinical application of drug,and therefore can provide the patients with better service.
