摘要(Abstract)：

目的　筛选感冒灵分散片的处方。方法　考察微晶纤维素 (MCC)、聚乙二醇 (PEG4 6 0 0 )、气相微粉硅胶 (Aerosil 2 0 0 )、交联PVP(CPVP )等辅料对中药提取物包衣颗粒压制成的感冒灵分散片质量的影响。结果　处方Ⅲ制备的感冒灵分散片符合英国药典中分散片的标准。结论　处方III适合生产感冒灵分散片
Objective To obtain the optimum prescription of Ganmaoling Dispersible Tablets. Methods The effects of the aids of MCC,PEG4600 ?Aerosil 200 CPVP and on the quality of Ganmaoling Dispersible Tablets, tableting with film coating abstract granules, was evaluated. Results The Ganmaoling Dispersible Tablets of prescription Ⅲ could meet the dispersible tablets requirements of BP2000. Conclusion The prescription obtained could be applied in prodution of Ganmaoling Dispersible Tablets.
