摘要(Abstract)：

目的 :应用细菌内毒素定量测定法 (动态比浊法 )定量测定茵栀黄注射液中的细菌内毒素含量。方法 :通过对样品中定量添加标准内毒素的干扰试验 ,检测其回收率应在 5 0 %～ 2 0 0 %范围。结果 :将样品进行1/ 30稀释可以有效地消除其对鲎试验的干扰。结论 :细菌内毒素定量测定法 (动态比浊法 )可以高效地测定样品中的细菌内毒素含量。
Objective:The kinetic turbidimetric Limulus test was used in the endotoxin assay of Yin Zhi Huang injection.Methods:The validation test was fulfiled.The amount of endotoxin spiked into Yin Zhi Huang injection sample was recovered in 50%～200% range.Results:A 30-fold dilution to Yin Zhi Huang injection is effective to eliminate the interference in limulus test.Conclusion:The kinetic turbidimetric Limulus test provide a new way for the detection of endotoxin in Yin Zhi Huang injection.
