紫外分光光度法测定阿司咪唑片的含量

摘要(Abstract)：
建立紫外分光光度法测定阿司咪唑片的含量 ,以正戊醇为溶剂 ,测定波长为 2 86nm ,结果平均回收率为 99 6 % ,RSD为 0 35 % (n =5 )。
