摘要(Abstract)：

目的建立测定氨咖黄敏胶囊中对乙酰氨基酚的含量测定方法。方法采用紫外分光光度法测定供试品中对乙酰氨基酚含量,测定波长为257nm。结果对乙酰氨基酚在2~10μg/ml浓度范围内呈良好线性关系,r=0.9999,平均回收率为99.4%,RSD为0.2%。结论本法具有操作简便、快速和结果准确的优点,可用于氨咖黄敏胶囊中对乙酰氨基酚的含量测定。
Objective To develop a method was developed for the determination of paracetamol in Anka Huangmin Capsules. Method UV spectrophtometry was used, The determination warelength was 257 nm. Result The linearity was obtained in the range of 2～10 μg/ml,r=0.9999. the average recovery of paracetamol was 99.4 %,RSD was 0.2%. Conclusion the method is simple,rapid and accurate for the determination of the content of paracetamol in An Ka Huang Min Capsules.
