摘要(Abstract)：
目的通过观察患者血液黏稠度、血气(PaO2、SaO2)、一氧化氮合成酶(NOS)的变化,研究提高超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)药物对中老年患者进行手术治疗的影响。方法选择190例中老年需手术患者,实验组100例,服用提高SOD药物益心康泰胶囊,对照组90例不服用该药,用双盲法观察治疗前后各指标的变化。结果实验组的血液黏稠度、PaO2、SaO2、NOS的改善度均较对照组差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论在手术前后应用提高SOD的药物对外科中老年手术病例有降低血液黏稠度、改善血气、降低血栓形成危险的疗效。
Objective To observe the effects of increasing SOD drugs on middle-old aged operation patients by observing the change of blood viscosity,PaO_2,SaO_2 and NOS.Methods 190 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Treatment group(n=100) was treated with Yixinkangtai capsule to increase SOD and control group(n=90) was not treated with this medicine.The change of blood viscosity,PaO_2,SaO_2 and NOS with double blind therapy were observed.Results Treatment group patients' blood viscosity,PaO_2,SaO_2 and NOS were improved significantly in treatment group than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Increased SOD medicine has a good clinical effects on reducing blood viscosity,and impoving PaO_2,SaO_2,NOS,and inhibiting the thrombosis of clot on the middle-old aged operation patients.
