京大戟醋制前后总三萜类成分的含量比较
Contents Comparison of Total Triterpenes in Euphorbiae Pekinensis Radix before and after Processing with Vinegar

摘要(Abstract):

目的比较京大戟醋制前后总三萜类成分的含量变化,探讨炮制对于京大戟中药效成分的影响。方法以大戟二烯醇为对照品,采用香草醛-冰醋酸-浓硫酸显色,建立京大戟中总三萜类成分的含量测定方法,并分别测定京大戟和醋京大戟样品中总三萜类成分的含量。结果大戟二烯醇的线性范围为21.6~108μg(r=0.999 3),平均加样回收率为96.62%(RSD=1.65%)。京大戟生品和醋制品中总三萜类成分的平均含量分别为1.72%和1.35%。结论本法准确可靠,可用于京大戟及其炮制品的质量控制;京大戟醋制后,总三萜类成分含量下降21.51%。
OBJECTIVE To compare the contents of total triterpenes in Euphorbiae Pekinensis Radix and its processed products.METHODS Euphol was chosen as the reference substance,vanillin-glacial acetic acid solution and sulferic acid was chosen as colordeveloping agent,a method was established for the quantitative determination of total triterpenes in Euphorbiae Pekinensis Radix and its processed products.RESULTS The linear response range for euphol was 21. 6-108 μg( r = 0. 999 3). The average recovery was96. 62%( RSD = 1.65%). The content of total triterpenes in Euphorbiae pekinensis Radix before and after processing with vinegar was1.72% and 1. 35%,respectively. CONCLUSION The method was accurate and reproducible for quality control of Euphorbiae Pekinensis Radix and its processed products. After processing with vinegar,the contents of total triterpenes decreased 21.51%.
