摘要(Abstract)：

目的建立消瘀跌打药酒中大黄、姜黄、当归的鉴别方法。方法采用薄层色谱法,鉴别大黄,以石油醚(60~90℃)-甲酸乙酯-甲酸(15∶5∶1)的上层液为展开剂;鉴别姜黄,以三氯甲烷-甲醇(5∶1)为展开剂。鉴别当归尾,以正己烷-乙酸乙酯(4∶1)为展开剂。结果供试品色谱中,在与对照药材或对照品相应的位置上,显相同颜色的斑点,制剂中其它药材成分无干扰。结论该鉴别方法作为消瘀跌打药酒的定性鉴别。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method to identify Dahuang,Jianghuang,Danggui in Xiaoyu Dieda medicinal liquor.METHODS TLC was used for qualitative identification. Identification of Dahuang with petroleum ether-ethyl formate-formic acid( 15∶ 5∶ 1) of supernatant as the expansion agent; Identification of Jianghuang with chloroform-methanol( 5 ∶ 1) as the expansion agent;Identification of Danggui with hexane-ethyl acetate( 4 ∶ 1). RESULTS Test products for chromatography,in the corresponding position with the reference drug,was the same colored spots,other medicine composition in the preparation had no interference.CONCLUSION The established method of identification can be used as the qualitative identification of Xiaoyu Dieda medicinal liquor.
