摘要(Abstract)：
目的 用紫外分光光度法测定盐酸丁卡因制剂含量。方法 以10％磷酸盐缓冲液(pH6.0)为溶剂,检测波长310nm。结果 盐酸丁卡因在1.176～5.880ug/ml范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9998。平均加样回收:胶浆剂98.9％,RSD=1.4％;滴眼剂为99.7％,RSD=0.5％;注射剂为99.6％,RSD=0.77％,n=5。结论 本法简便、准确、重复性好。可作为盐酸丁卡因制剂的含量测定方法。
Objective To determine the contents of telracaine hydrochloride preparation by UV spectrophotometry . Methods The 10% phosphate salt buffer of aqueous (pH6. 0) was used as solvent. The detection wavelength was set at 310nm. Results; The linear range was between 1. 176 - 5.880μg/ml, r = 0. 9998. The average recovery of mucilage was 98. 9% , RSD = 1. 4% ; Eye drops was99. 7% , RSD=0.5%; Injection was 99. 6% , RSD =0. 8% , ( n = 5 ). Conclusions The method is simple, accurate, reproducible and can be used for content determination of tetracaine hydrochloride preparations.
