促肝细胞生长素与胰岛素注射液合并用药对实验性大鼠的降糖作用

摘要(Abstract):

目的研究促肝细胞生长素与胰岛素合并用药对糖尿病大鼠的降糖作用,从而为临床用药提供实验依据。方法链脲佐菌素致4组糖尿病大鼠,分别给药:胰岛素(2 U.kg-1,im);促肝细胞生长素(20 mg.kg-1,iv);胰岛素(2 U.kg-1,im)合并促肝细胞生长素(20 mg.kg-1,iv)。0.9%NaC l(1 m l,iv)。葡萄糖氧化酶法,分别测定当天给药前及给药后8h内血糖,用药1月,测定给药前禁食12 h糖尿病大鼠空腹血糖。结果合并用药组的降糖作用有非常显著意义(P<0.01),能延长并维持胰岛素作用时间,提高促肝细胞生长素的降糖作用;治疗1月,控制糖尿病大鼠空腹血糖浓度有非常显著意义(P<0.01)。结论治疗糖尿病大鼠,联合用药效果优于单独用药。
Objective To study hypoghycemic effect of STZ-induced diabetic mice treated by combined medication of promoting hepatocyte growth factor and insulin injection.Methods 4 groups diabetic mice by STZ induction were treated with Insulin Injection(2 U·kg~(-1),im),promoting hepatocyte growth factor(20 mg·kg~(-1),iv),promoting hepatocyte growth factor(20 mg·kg~(-1),iv) combined with Insulin(2 U·kg~(-1),im),0.9%NaCl(1 ml,iv),respectively.Blood sugar concentrations was measured by Glucose Oxidase method ahead of medication within 8 hours behind of medication and after treatment for 1 month.Results The group treatment with combined medication had very significant hypoghycemic effect(P<0.01).Combined medication could extend Insulin effect time and improve the hypoghycemic effect of promoting hepatocyte growth factor.Combined medication could significantly control blood sugar concentration of empty diabetic mice medicated for 1 month(P<0.01).Conclusion Combined medication is better therapeutic effect than sigle medicine on the therapy of diabetes.
