摘要(Abstract)：
目的 建立姜胆咳喘片中氨茶碱含量测定方法。方法 采用高效液相色谱法 ,C18柱 ,甲醇 水 (2 0∶ 80 )为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 72nm。结果 此方法线性关系良好 ,平均回收率为 99.97%。结论 本方法精度高 ,分离度良好 ,可用于姜胆咳喘片的质量控制
Objective To establish a determination method of aminophylline in Jiangdan Kechuan Tablets. Methods HPLC was used to determine directly aminophylline in Jiangdan Kechuan Tablets on C 18 column, using MeOH-H 2O(20∶80,v/v) as a mobile phase and detection wavelength at 272 nm. Results The linearity of this method was well with the recovery of 99.97%. Conclusion This method shows high selective,accurate,and can be used for qualily control of Jiangdan Kechuan Tablets.
