摘要(Abstract)：
目的 应用紫外分光光度法测定依沙吖啶溶液中乳酸依沙吖啶的含量。方法 用纯化水作溶剂 ,在 3 62nm波长处测定吸收度。结果 乳酸依沙吖啶在 2 .5～ 2 5 μg ml范围内线性关系良好 ,r =0 .9999,平均回收率为 10 1.0 % ,RSD为 0 .5 2 %。 结论 本法操作简便、快速、结果准确 ,适用于制剂分析
To determine the content of ethacridine lactate in the solution by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.The linear range was from 2 5～25μg/ml( r=0. 9999, n =6). The average rate of recovery was 101. 0% with RSD=0.52%. The method is simple, rapid, accurate and suitable for analysis in the pharmacy.
