育泡组方在体外受精-胚胎移植超排卵周期中的应用及临床观察

摘要(Abstract):

目的研究育泡组方对体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)超排卵周期结局的影响及其临床应用价值。方法将80例因输卵管因素不孕行IVF-ET的患者随机分为实验组(育泡组方联合控制性超排卵治疗)和对照组(控制性超排卵治疗)。观察及分析2组子宫内膜厚度、获卵数、受精率、移植率、优质胚胎数、临床妊娠率、生化妊娠率及流产率等。结果实验组的移植率(90%)和优质胚胎数(2.98±1.15)显著高于对照组(72.5%,2.57±1.12),实验组的流产率(2.8%)低于对照组(17.2%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论育泡组方可以提高IVF-ET超排卵周期的胚胎移植率和优质胚胎数,辅助胚胎着床,降低流产率,有利于IVF-ET的助孕治疗。
OBJECTIVE To study the effect and clinical application value of Yupao formula on the outcome of controlled ovarian hyperstimulation cycles of in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer. METHODS A total of 80 infertility patients with tubal factors undergoing IVF-ET treatment were randomly divided into 2 groups: study group( Yupao formula combined with controlled ovarian hyperstimulation) and control group( controlled ovarian hyperstimulation). The thickness of endometrium,the number of oocytes and high quality embryos,the rate of fertilization,the rate of clinical and biochemical pregnancy and abortion were observed and analyzed.RESULTS The rate of embryo transfer( 90%) and the number of high quality embryos( 2. 98 ± 1. 15) in patients of study group were significantly higher than that of the control group( 72. 5%,2. 57 ± 1. 12),and the rate of abortion( 2. 8%) was lower than that of the control group( 17. 2%,P < 0. 05). CONCLUSION Yupao formula could improve the rate of embryo transfer and the number of high quality embryos on controlled ovarian hyperstimulation cycles of in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer. Yupao formula may contribute to embryo implantation and decrease the abortion rate which would impose beneficial effect on IVF-ET treatment.
