止嗽散加减联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿支气管炎的临床疗效

摘要(Abstract):

目的观察止嗽散加减联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿支气管炎的临床疗效。方法将70例支气管炎患儿随机分为观察组及对照组各35例,对照组给予阿奇霉素颗粒(0.1~0.2 g,qd)治疗,观察组则联合服用加减止嗽散,治疗7天后观察两组临床疗效、症状体征改善及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组总有效率为97.14%,显著高于对照组的82.86%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组咳嗽、咯痰、干湿性啰音等消退时间均显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论止嗽散加减联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿支气管炎疗效显著,能有效缩短疗程、减少不良反应的发生,值得临床推广应用。
OBJECTIVE To observe the efficacy of modified cough-stopping powder combined with azithromycin for bronchitis in children. METHODS 70 cases of children with bronchitis were randomly divided into observation group( 35 cases) and control group( 35 cases),the control group treated with orally taking azithromycin granules( 0.1-0.2 g,qd) while observation group combined with modified cough-stopping powder,observed the efficacy,improvement of symptoms and signs and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups after 7 days of treatment. RESULTS The overall response rate of observation group was 97.14%,which was significantly higher than 82.86% that of control group( P < 0. 05); the extinction time of cough,expectoration,dry and moist rales of observation group were significantly shorter than those of control group( P < 0. 05); the incidence of adverse reactions of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group( P < 0. 05). CONCLUSION Cough-stopping powder combined with azithromycin has a significant curative effect on bronchitis in children,which can effectively shorten course of treatment and reduce occurrence of adverse reactions,and deserves clinical promotion and application.
