摘要(Abstract)：

目的了解住院患者促凝血药物的临床应用情况及发展趋势,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法采用销售金额和用药频度排序法,对本院2006～2007年促凝血药物的主要品种的销售金额及其用药频度进行统计、分析。结果促凝血药物的金额和用药频度(DDD s)呈增长趋势。结论促凝血药物品种日趋完善,临床应用比较合理。
Objective To investigate the situation and development trend of blood coagulant application of inpatients in Guangdong general hospital,and provide reference for the clinical reasonable drug application.Methods Blood coagulant used in our hospital during 2006~2007 were analyzed statistically in terms of drug variety,consumption summary,and DDDs.Results The trends of consumption summary of blood coagulant and its DDDs were rising year by year.Conclusion The category of blood coagulant grows gradually perfect,and its clinical application is reasonable.
