摘要(Abstract)：

目的考察注射用头孢拉定分别与板蓝根和聚肌胞注射液的配伍稳定性。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定配伍液中头孢拉定8h内的含量变化,同时观察配伍液的外观和pH值的变化。结果注射用头孢拉定与2种药物配伍,头孢拉定的含量在室温下8h内均无明显变化,配伍液的外观澄清,pH值基本稳定。结论室温下8h内注射用头孢拉定分别与上述2种药物配伍基本稳定,可为临床合理用药提供依据。
Objective To observe the tability of Cefradine for Injection separately mixing with banlangen injection, polyinosinic-polycytidylic acid injection. Method HPLC was used for the determination of cefradine in the mixtures within 8 hours.At the same time, the solution appearance rvas observed and determining the pH was measured . Results There were no evident changes in appearance, pH and Cefradine content within 8 hours after mixing at indoor temperature. Conclusion It is stable within 8 hours after Injective Cefradine was separately mixed with the above mentioned 2drugs.
