摘要(Abstract)：

目的　分别对多种药物与全肠外营养液 (totalnutrientadmixtureTNA)配伍进行稳定性研究。方法　药物按 (1∶1)比例与全肠外营养液配伍后 ,不同药物在不同温度 (4℃、2 5℃ )下静置和模拟输液 ,进行肉眼及显微镜下进行 2 4h持续观察 ,并测定其pH值。结果　部分药物在全营养混合液中理化性质稳定 ,而另部分药物不稳定。结论　药物在全肠外营养液中的能否配伍与两者的相互作用和pH值有关
Objective To study the combinational stability of drugs respectively added in total nutrient admixture (TNA). Methods The drugs were mixtured with TNA (ratio 1∶1 ), and lay and mimicked transfusion under the temperature of 4 ℃, 25 ℃ for 24 h. The nuke -eyed and microscopically out-look, pH were observed. Results Some drugs were stable in total nutrient admixture and the other neither. Conclusions Whether the drugs were stable in TNA was related with the interaction and pH.
