摘要(Abstract)：

目的系统评价单硝酸异山梨酯治疗心衰的有效性。方法检索Pub Med、Embase、Medline、Cochrane、中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库,时限均从建库至2013年12月,纳入有关ISMN治疗心衰的随机对照试验。对纳入研究进行文献评价、资料提取、Meta-分析。结果初检出相关文献1 495篇,最终纳入5个RCT。实验组治疗心衰,其心功能的改善、临床有效率,如LVEF、FS%值、E/A(m/s)各项指标优于对照组[RR=3.53,95%CI(2.25,5.55),P<0.000 1]。结论单硝酸异山梨酯能明显改善心衰患者的心功能,总有效率较对照组总有效率高。但是仍需要更多大规模的临床试验,以提供更多的数据支持。
OBJECTIVE To systematically review the efficacy of isosorbide mononitrate for patients with heart failure.METHODS Pub Med,Embase,Medline,Cochrane,CNKI,Wan Fang Data and VIP databases were searched from the date of establishment to Dec. 2013 for all randomized controlled trials on the use of isosorbide mononitrate in patients with heart failure.RESULTS A total of 5 randomized controlled trials were included from 1 495 papers. The results of meta-analysis indicated that isosorbide mononitrate was better than the control group in clinical effectiveness [RR = 3.53,95%CI( 2.25,2.55),P<0.000 1]about LVEF,FS%,E / A( m / s). CONCLUSION Isosorbide mononitrate can significantly improve cardiac function in patients with heart failure,but more batter level researches are still needed to provide more data support.
