UV测定头孢拉定胶囊中间产品的含量

摘要(Abstract):

目的建立快速的中间产品检验方法,控制头孢拉定胶囊制备过程中头孢拉定的含量。方法采用紫外分光光度法测定头孢拉定,减除其原料中头孢氨苄的量,得到头孢拉定的量。平均回收率为99.5%;RSD为0.61%,与法定方法比较,两者无显著性差异。结论该方法在生产过程中杂质头孢氨苄量可控的前提下简便,快速和准确。
Objective To establish a rapid assay method of cefradine to control the quality of cefradine capsules. Methods Cefradine in cefradine capsules was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry, and amount of cefalexin was subtracted from raw materials to give the amount of cefradine. In this method, average recovery was 99.5%, and RSD was 0.61%. Compared with the official method, no significant difference was found between them. Conclusion This method is characterized by convenience, rapidness and accuracy and is successfully applied to the production of cefradine capsules.
