摘要(Abstract)：

肝癌细胞的侵袭与转移是肝癌预后较差及易复发的主要原因,肝癌细胞的侵袭与转移包括一系列复杂的生物学变化。临床上西医采用的放、化疗联合方案易出现明显的毒副作用和耐药性且手术切除后转移发生率比较高,致使治疗效果不佳,而中药具有安全,毒副作用低,耐受性好,减少复发并延长患者生存期的优势。因此深入研究肝癌的侵袭与转移机制并从中药中寻找有效的抗肝癌侵袭与转移的药物具有重要意义。
Invasion and metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma are the main causes of poor prognosis and recurrence in liver cancer,which include a series of complex biological changes.Current treatments had obvious side effects and drug resistance rates.The prognosis of patients with HCC after hepatectomy has been poor because of high incidences of recurrence and metastasis after treatments.The traditional Chinese medicine can reduce the recurrence and prolong patient's survival with low side effects and good tolerance.It is of great significance to study the mechanisms of invasion and metastasis and find effective traditional Chinese medicine for liver cancer.
