中药熏蒸法治疗(湿蕴型)带状疱疹的疗效分析Clinical Efficacy of Chinese Medicine Fumigation on Herpes Zoster( Wet Yun-Type)

摘要(Abstract)：
目的探讨运用中药熏蒸法治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法将2010-01~2014-12某综合医院中医科115例带状疱疹患者作为研究对象,分为A组和B组,B组常规抗疱疹病毒和营养神经治疗,A组在B组常规治疗基础上联合中药熏蒸治疗,治疗7 d后分析2组患者的症状改善及疗效情况。结果治疗后,A组有效率为96.67%,B组为72.73%,2组差异具有统计学意义。结论联合中药熏蒸法治疗带状疱疹,疗效显著,可在临床上推广使用。
OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine fumigation on herpes zoster.METHODS A total of115 herpes zoster patients were taken as subjects who hospitalized in TCM of the hospital from Jan 2012 to Dec 2014. They were divided into 2 groups,Group A and B. Group B was treated with regular therapy,namely anti-herpes virus and nerve nutrition therapy. Besides regular therapy used in Group B,Chinese medicine fumigation was also used for Group A patients. The medical efficacy of the treatments used for patients of Group A and B was analyzed after a 7-days treatment. RESULTS The efficacy of Chinese medicine fumigation combining with regular therapy was more effective than regular therapy only according to the cure rate of 96.67% in Group A and 72.73% in Group B( P<0.05). There was a significant difference between the 2 groups treated with different therapies. CONCLUSION The effect of combining therapy of Chinese medicine fumigation with regular therapy was significant.
