摘要(Abstract)：

目的建立小儿退热口服液的薄层色谱鉴别方法。方法采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对制剂中的大青叶、金银花、栀子、牡丹皮进行定性鉴别。结果薄层色谱中能明显地检出大青叶、金银花、栀子、牡丹皮。结论该方法简便可行,专属性强,重现性好。可用于小儿退热口服液的质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for identification of Xiao'er Tuire oral liquid by TLC.Methods Folium Isatidis,Flos Lonicerae Japonicae,Fructus Gardeniae,and Cortex Moutan were identified by TLC.Results Folium Isatidis,Flos Lonicerae Japonicae,Fructus Gardeniae,and Cortex Moutan could be detected by TLC.Conclusion This method is simple,available with a good reproducibility,and can be used for the quality control of Xiao'er Tuire oral liquid.
