摘要(Abstract)：
目的 测定健胃愈疡片中甘草次酸含量。方法 用高效液相色谱法,ULTRASPHERETMC18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm),流动相为甲醇:水(pH3.72)90:10,检测波长250 nm,在10 min内检测完毕。结果 在0.06-0.6mg/ml内甘草次酸峰面积呈良好线性关系,r=0.9999,平均回收率为100.02％,RSD=0.62％。结论 此法简便、快速、准确,可用于健胃愈疡片的质量控制。
Objective A method was developed for the determination of the content of glycyrrhetic in Jianweiyuyang tablet, It provided effective analysis manner for controlling quality. Methods High performance liquid chromatography with a 4.6 mm ×250 mm column packed with 5μm spherisorb C18 as the stationary phase,a mixture of methanol water,pH3. 72(90 : 10) as the mobile phase,250 nm detection wanelength, 10 min detection range. Results The method had good linearity, range was 0. 06 -0. 6mg/ml,r =0. 9999 and the mean recovery of glycyrrhetic was 100.02% , USD =0.62%. Conclusion The results showed that this method was simple, sensitive , precise and accurate enough to be used in the quality control of Jianweiyuyang tablet.
