摘要(Abstract)：
研究了以红霉素肟为原料通过醚化来制备罗红霉素的两种工艺(Ⅰ,Ⅱ)。工艺Ⅰ是相转移反应,工艺Ⅱ是非水反应,反 应所生成的罗红霉素的收率分别为75％和90.2％。
Two processes ( Ⅰ , Ⅱ )for the preparation of roxithromycin are studied. Process Ⅰ was illustrated by phase transfer catelyled etherification of eryihromycin oxime. Process Ⅱ was the same reaction in non-water system. The yields of roxithromycin obtained by the reaction were 75% and 90.2% separately.
