摘要(Abstract)：
目的 对李德胜蛇药片中薯蓣皂苷元定性鉴别方法改进。方法 用TLC法鉴别季德胜蛇药片中的薯蓣皂苷元。结果修改后的TLC方法灵敏,专属性强,重现性好。结论 修改后的TLC方法可用于《卫生部药品标准》中该品种薄层色谱鉴别。
Objective To improve the TLC methods of Jidesheng antivenomous tablets. Methods To identify diosgenin in Jidesheng antivenornous tablets by TLC. Results The modified TLC identification test was sensitivity .speciality and reproducible. Conclusion The improved TLC method is suitable for the control of Jidesheng antivenomous tablets.
