蛇黄凝胶质量标准研究

摘要(Abstract):

目的建立蛇黄凝胶的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对方中各药进行定性鉴别,采用HPLC对方中主药蛇鳞草中triphyllin A和大黄中大黄酸进行含量测定。结果薄层色谱中特征斑点明显、重复性好、易于区别。triphyllin A在0.006 4~0.051 2 mg/m L范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为100.5%,RSD为1.6%(n=6);大黄酸在0.003 2~0.025 6 mg/m L范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为99.4%,RSD为1.1%(n=6)。结论所建立的方法简便、灵敏、准确、专属性强,可作为蛇黄凝胶的质量控制方法之一。
OBJECTIVE Objective: To establish the quality standard for Shehuang gel. METHODS The 4 Chinese medicines of Shehuang gel were identified by TLC. The content of triphyllin A in Pronephrium triphyllum and rhein in rheum were determined by HPLC. RESULTS Characteristic spots could be detected by TLC and the method was easy to distinguish and had good reproducibility.The linear range of triphyllin A was 0.006 4-0.051 2 mg / m L( r = 0. 999 9). The average recovery rate was 100.5% and RSD was 1. 6%( n= 6). The linear range of rhein was 0.003 2-0.025 6 mg/m L( r = 0.999 9). The average recovery rate was 99.4%,and RSD was1. 1%( n = 6). CONCLUSION The developed method is simple,sensitive,and accurate,had a strong specificity. It can be used as one of quality control methods for Shehuang gel.
