摘要(Abstract)：

目的探讨药学服务对原发性高血压病患者生活质量的影响。方法40名原发性高血压病患者随机分为对照组(n=20)、药学服务干预组(n=20)。对照组接受常规药物治疗,药学服务干预组在常规药物治疗的基础上,进行药学服务干预,随访3个月,运用SF-36量表,于实验前后对两组患者分别进行生活质量评分,分值越高,表示生活质量越好。结果药学服务干预组生活质量评分在躯体功能、情感功能、一般健康与实验前相比均有明显提高(P<0.01),而身体疼痛(P=0.739)、社会功能(P=0.704)方面变化不明显。实验前两组生活质量各项评分并没有明显差异(P>0.05),而实验后药学服务干预组在躯体功能,情感功能,一般健康3个方面分值明显高于对照组(P<0.01),身体疼痛,社会功能方面变化不明显(P>0.05)。结论药学服务可以改善病人的生活,提高病人的生活质量。
Objective To evaluate the effect of pharmaceutical care on the quality of life (QOL) of patients with primary hypertension (PH). Methods In a randomized clinical trial,40 patients with PH were enrolled in a pharmaceutical care intervention group (n=20) or in control group (n=20). Each patient underwent drug treatment,and patients in intervention group were also followed up by pharmaceutical care. After 3 months,QOL was assessed by the 36-Item Short Form Health Survey (SF-36) questionnaire. Higher scores indicated better quality of life. Results After 3 months,in the domains of physical function (PF),emotional function (EF),and general health (GH),pharmaceutical care intervention group had higher scores and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.01). There were no obviously differences in body pain (BP,P=0.739) and social function (SF,P=0.704). Before this trial,the scores of each domain between intervention group and control group had no differences (P>0.05). After 3 months,scores of PF,EF,and GH were higher in the intervention group than in the control group (P<0.01),while the scores of BP and SF have no differences (P>0.05). Conclusion The pharmaceutical care provided by pharmacists can improve the quality of life of patients with primary hypertension.
