摘要(Abstract)：
目的了解广东地区2013~2016年医院用药情况。方法采用回顾性分析方法,原始数据来源于广东省医院用药信息网,分别从2013~2016年药品销售额、14大类药品、药品生产厂商等方面进行统计分析。结果 2013~2016年广东地区药品销售总额逐年递增;14大类药品中销售额排前3的为抗感染药物、心血管系统药物及神经系统药物;50个销售额领先的药品中心血管系统用药、抗感染药物、抗恶性肿瘤药物3大类药品占了主要地位;销售总额前10名厂商中,国外厂商占主体地位。结论 2013~2016年广东地区医院用药费用增长迅速,需引起重视并加强监管。
OBJECTIVE To understand the hospital medicine in Guangdong in 2013 ~ 2016. METHODS Using retrospective analysis method,the original data was from Guangdong hospital information network,parting from pharmaceutical sales,14 categories of drugs and drug manufacturers in 2013 ~ 2016 to statistical analysis. RESULTS The total drug sales was increasing in Guangdong in 2013 ~ 2016,and the top three of the 14 categories of drugs were anti-infective drugs,cardiovascular drugs,nervous system drugs,and the cardiovascular system drugs,anti-infective drugs and anti-malignant tumor drugs were the main position in the 50 sales leading drug,and foreign manufacturers occupy the main position among the 10 manufacturers. CONCLUSION Attentions should be paid and supervision should be enhanced for hospital medication increased rapidly in Guangdong in 2013 ~ 2016.
