高效液相色谱法测定柴黄颗粒中黄芩苷的含量

摘要(Abstract):

目的建立柴黄颗粒中黄芩苷的含量测定方法。方法采用迪马钻石C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)为色谱柱,以甲醇-0.4%磷酸(55∶45)为流动相,检测波长为280nm。结果黄芩苷在0.131μg~1.309μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=1.000,平均加样回收率为100.95%,相对标准偏差值(RSD)=1.38%。结论本法操作简便,结果准确、可靠、重现性好,可用于柴黄颗粒的质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for determination of baicalin in Chaihuang granules by HPLC. Methods Diamonsil C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) column was used,and the mobile phase was methanol-0.4% phosphate acid (55:45). The detection wavelength was 280 nm. Results The calibration curve was linear in the concentration range of 0.131~1.309 μg for baicalin,and the correlation coefficient was 1.000. The average recovery was 100.95% (RSD=1.38%). Conclusion The method is simple and accurate. It can be used for the quality control of Chaihuang granules.
