摘要(Abstract)：

目的测定市售制剂中罗汉果总皂苷含量。方法运用水提正丁醇萃取后,过D101大孔树脂的方法提取制剂中罗汉果总皂苷,香草醛-高氯酸显色的方法进行显色,在589 nm处测定吸光度,计算罗汉果总皂苷的含量。结果测得不同罗汉果制剂及提取物中总皂苷含量从0.6%~48%。结论该方法稳定,重复性良好,可为含罗汉果的食品、保健食品及药物制剂的质量控制提供依据。
Objective To isolate momorside from different preparations of Fructus Momordica and to determine its content.Methods Momorside was oxtinlted by water-n-butanol and then screened by D101 large-hole resin.The content of momorside was assayed by reucting with vanillin-perchloric acid and by detecting the absorption rate at 589nm.Results The content of momorside ranged from 0.6%～48% in different preparations of Fructus momordicae.Conclusion The stability and repetition of the method is good,it can be used to control the quality of food,health care food and pharmaceutical products containing Momordica grosvenori swingle.
