摘要(Abstract)：
目的罗浮山宫炎平抑菌凝胶提取制剂工艺研究。方法以苦参碱为评价指标,采用高效液相色谱法作为检测方法优化提取工艺。并对凝胶进行抑菌效果和阴道黏膜刺激性检验。结果根据优选工艺制得提取物与凝胶基质制得凝胶,对金葡球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌抑菌率100%,阴道黏膜刺激指数为2.78。结论罗浮山宫炎平抑菌凝胶抑菌效果良好,阴道刺激性极小,制备工艺简便,具有良好的开发前景。
OBJECTIVE To study the extraction and preparation of Luofushan Gongyanping gel. METHODS Matrine was used as assessing index,and the high efficiency liquid chromatography was used as the analyzing method to optimize the extraction process.The inhibitory effect and vaginal mucosa irritation of the gel were tested.RESULTS The inhibition rate of the prepared gel by the best extraction process and prepare samples were 100% to Staphycococcus aureus,Escherichia coli and Candida albicans. Vaginal mucosa irritation index was 2. 78. CONCLUSION Luofushang Gongyanpin gel presents a good developmental prospective as the good inhibitory effect,mild vaginal mucosa irritation and easy pharmaceutical process.
