摘要(Abstract)：
在供试品定性定量的前处理中 ,固相萃取法是新兴起的一项实验技术 ,它能简便有效地除去杂质组分并浓缩待测组分 ,在中药分析中有良好的应用前景 ,但由于缺少此方面的技术指导和系统的应用研究 ,在目前应用的情况尚不理想。本文详细介绍了固相萃取法的作用模式、实验装置与操作注意事项 ,详细讨论了建立新的固相萃取方法时提高回收率的关键点 ,及方法学考察的过程与注意事项。可为补充修订中国药典附录“柱色谱法”提供参考
Solid phase extraction is a newly developed experiment technology which has good applying prospects for the sample preparation of traditional chinese medicine analysis by its specialty of getting rid of the disturbing impurity and concentrating the tested component. On the other hand, SPE has not been widely applying due to lacking of system research and technology direction. Here we make a thorough introduction to SPE including its adsorption mode, experiment equipment and operation notice. We also discuss the method especially the key point of improving the recovery when setting up new SPE method .Our description could be used as the reference of emending "column chromatogram" in appendix of Chinese pharmacopoeia.
