菝葜治疗大鼠慢性盆腔炎有效部位的初步筛选Effective Ingredients of Smilax China L. for Treating Chronic Pelvic Inflammation

摘要(Abstract)：
目的筛选出菝葜的有效部位,并进行药效学研究。方法菝葜生药经醇提后,以聚酰胺收集黄酮,大孔树脂收集皂苷,然后分别给慢性盆腔炎模型大鼠灌胃,给药两周后取血检验黏度和血常规,取子宫称重,评价子宫炎症程度。结果皂苷组对全血黏度的各项指标均较模型组有明显改善,同时在抑制子宫炎症上也有明显的效果。黄酮组则对各项指标的改善并不明显。结论皂苷是菝葜治疗慢性盆腔炎的有效部位之一。
Objective To screen effective ingredients extracted from Smilax China L.and study its pharmacodynamic.Method Flavones and saponins were separated from Smilax China L.by polyamide chromatography and macroporous resin.The model rat with chronic pelvic inflammation were treated with these extracted substances for 2 weeks ig.After that,we collected peripheral blood to test,weighed uterus and evaluated the degree of uterus inflammation.Result All of hemorheology indexes and uterus inflammation were significantly improved after given saponins,whereas rat were given flavones.Conclusion Saponins is one of the active principle of Smilax China L.on therapy chronic pelvic inflammation.
