摘要(Abstract)：
采用HPLC法测定参芪鸡精中 2 ,3,5,4′ 四羟基二苯乙烯 2 O β D 葡萄糖苷的含量。色谱条件 :用十八烷基烷键合硅胶为填充剂 ;乙腈 0 1% (V/V)磷酸 ( 2 5∶75)为流动相 ;检测波长 32 0nm ;8～ 4 0 μg/ml范围内呈良好的线性关系 (r=0 9996) ;平均回收率 93 5% ,RSD =3 5% (n =5)。
An HPLC method was developed for the determination of 2,3,5,4′ tetrahydroxystilbene 2 O β D glucoside in essence of chicken with SHENQI The chromatographic condition were:C 18 column; With CH 3CN-0 1%(V/V)H 3PO 4(25:75) as mobile phase; Detected at 320nm;Linearity was in the range of 8～40μg/ml(r=0 9996);The average recovery was 93 5%,RSD=3 5%(n=5)
