摘要(Abstract)：

采用高效液相色谱法测定复方珍珠暗疮片中黄芩苷的含量。黄芩苷在 0 2～ 1 0 μg内呈良好线性关系 ,平均回收率为 97 84 %。本法简便、准确 ,可用于复方珍珠暗疮片的质量控制。
To establish a HPLC method for determination of baicalin in Fufang Zhenzhu Anchuang tablets Baicalin showed a good linear relationship at the range of 0 2～1 0μg,the average recovery was 97 84% This method is simple and accurate,can be used for the quality control of Fufang Zhenzhu Anchuang tablets
