中国汉族人群HLA-B~* 58:01等位基因与别嘌醇引起严重皮肤不良反应关联性的Meta分析

摘要(Abstract):

目的系统评价中国汉族人群HLA-B*58∶01等位基因与别嘌醇引起严重皮肤不良反应的关联性。方法检索中国知网期刊全文数据库、万方数据知识服务平台、中国维普全文数据库、Pubmed、Cochrane Library、EMBASE。检索时间为建库至2017年12月31日。收集所有关于中国汉族人群HLA-B*5801等位基因与别嘌醇引起严重皮肤不良反应相关性的研究。对符合纳入与排除条件的研究结果进行Meta分析,调查分析病例组和对照组HLA-B*58∶01等位基因频率。结果共11篇文献符合纳入与排除标准,共包含病例组314例,对照组831例。Meta分析显示中国汉族人群HLA-B*58∶01等位基因与别嘌醇引起严重皮肤不良反应密切相关(OR=109.52,95%CI:43.54~275.50,P<0.001)。结论中国汉族人群HLA-B*58∶01等位基因与别嘌醇引起严重皮肤不良反应具有统计学关联性。
OBJECTIVE To analyze the association between HLA-B * 58 ∶ 01 allele and allopurinol-induced severe cutaneous adverse reaction( SCAR) in Chinese Han Population. METHODS To retrieve the published literature from CNKI,Wangfang data,Vip database,Pubmed,Cochrane Library and EMBASE. All eligible studies refer to the association between HLA-B* 58 ∶ 01 allele and allopurinol-induced SCAR were included. Then a Meta-analysis was performed using Review Manager 5.3. RESULTS Eleven studies including 1145 cases were included. The Meta-analysis showed that HLA-B* 58 ∶01 allele was associated with significantly increased risk of allopurinol-induced SCAR( OR = 109. 52,95% CI: 43. 5-275. 50,P < 0. 001). CONCLUSION There is a significant association between HLA-B* 58 ∶01 allele and allopurinol-induced SCAR.
