摘要(Abstract)：

目的研究旨净胶囊治疗高脂血症大鼠模型的疗效和配方筛选。方法雄性SD大鼠40只随机等分为4组:正常对照组、高脂模型组、双药配方组和三药配方组。正常对照组给基础饲料和自来水,后3组给予高脂饲料;2周后,取大鼠尾血,测定血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)和高密度脂蛋白(HDL)水平确定模型动物已形成高脂血症。4组大鼠在前述喂养的基础上,双药配方组经灌胃给予双药配方溶液,三药配方组经灌胃给予三药配方溶液。4周后,将各组大鼠称重后,经股动脉采血,测定各组动物血清TC、TG和HDL;并完整取出肝脏,观察表面颜色并称重,计算肝/体比值。结果 2个配方组体重和肝重、肝/体比值均与高脂对照组有显著性差异(P<0.01),肝脏表面颜色也比高脂对照组略红;双药配方组和三药配方组大鼠血清TC与高脂对照组相比均有显著性下降(P<0.01);双药配方组大鼠血清TG和HDL与高脂对照组相比无统计学差异(P>0.05),三药配方组大鼠血清TG和HDL与高脂对照组相比差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 2个配方对高脂血症都有很好地降脂作用,特别是三药配方对高脂血症具有明显地治疗作用,效果优于双药配方。
OBJECTIVE To observe the effects of Zhijing capsule on blood lipids in rats with hyperlipidemia,and to screen its recipe. METHODS Forty male SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups equally: normal control group,Hyperlipidemia model group,dual ingredient recipe group,and three ingredient recipe group. Rats of normal control group were fed with basic diet and water,and rats of the other 3 groups were fed with high lipid emulsion. After 2 weeks,rats' blood was collected through tail,and the serum total cholesterol( TC),triglyceride( TG) and high density lipoprotein( HDL) were measured,and to determined hyperlipidemia was created. Rats of 4 groups were fed as above,rats of dual ingredient recipe group and three ingredient recipe group were subjected to daily intragastric administration dual ingredient recipe and three ingredient recipe of Zhijing capsule solution simultaneously. After 4weeks feeding and administration,rats blood was collected through femoral artery,and measured the serum TC,TG and HDL,then all the rats were weighted,and were sacrificed,livers were fetched and weight,and calculated weight ratio of liver / body. RESULTS Compared with hyperlipidemia model group,body weight,liver weight and weight ratio of liver / body in rats of 2 recipe groups were significant difference( P<0. 01),and surface color of liver in the 2 recipe groups' rats show more red than that of hyperlipidemia model group's rats; serum TC in 2 recipe groups were significantly reduced( P<0. 01); serum TG and HDL in dual ingredient recipe group had no significant difference( P > 0. 05) compared with that of hyperlipidemia model group; serum TG and HDL in three ingredient recipe group had significant difference( P<0. 05) compared with that of hyperlipidemia model group. CONCLUSION Two recipes for hyperlipidemia have very good lipid-lowering effect,especially three ingredient recipe on hyperlipidemia has obvious therapeutic effect,its effect is better than that of dual ingredient recipe.
