龙石膏中钙元素ICP-AES测定及血竭素HPLC含量测定方法研究

摘要(Abstract):

目的建立龙石膏中钙元素和血竭素的定量分析方法。方法采用微波消解法消解样品,ICP-AES测定龙石膏中钙元素含量,采用HPLC测定血竭素的含量。结果龙石膏中钙元素含量40.272 6 mg·g-1,回归方程Y=5 916.7X+330.31,相关系数r=0.999 8;血竭素的含量2.144 2 mg·g-1,回归方程Y=18 103X-3 391.8,r=0.999 8。结论该方法操作简便,分析快捷,灵敏度高,可用于龙石膏中钙元素和血竭素的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE To establish a quantitative analysis method for the content of calcium element content and dracorhodin in Longshi Ointment. METHODS The sample was digested by microwave digestion. The content of calcium element was determined by ICP-AES,and the content of dracorhodin was determined by HPLC. RESULTS The content of calcium in Longshi ointment was40.272 6 mg·g-1 and its linear regression equation was Y = 5 916. 7 X + 330. 31( r = 0. 999 8). The content of dracorhodin in Longshi ointment was 2.144 2 mg·g-1 and its linear regression equation was Y = 18 103 X-3 391.8( r = 0.999 8). CONCLUSION The method is simple,rapid and accurate,and can be used for the determination of six heavy metals and harmful elements in Longshi ointment.
