摘要(Abstract)：
目的 对比干扰素与拉米夫定治疗慢性乙肝的疗效及经济效果。方法 将 10 6例患者随机分为 2组。一组应用干扰素α 1b治疗 (6 0例 ) ,另一组应用拉米夫定治疗 (4 6例 )。统计分析两组的疗效并进行经济学分析。结果与结论 两组药物均能有效治疗慢性乙肝 ,干扰素疗效稍好 ,拉米夫定费用较低
Objective To compare the effect and economic effectiveness of interferon alfa-1b and lamivudine in treating chronic hepatitis B.Methods 106 patients with impotence were divided into two groups.The patients in the first group (60 cases) were treated with interferon alfa-1b.The patients in the second groud (46 cases) were treated with lamivudine. Results &Conclusion: Both therapeutic schemes were effective in treating chronic hepatitis B.Interferon alfa-1b was slightly better.Lamivudine is cheaper.
