印度獐芽菜提取物解酒保肝功效的研究Study on the Anti-alcoholism and Protecting Liver Effects of Swertia Chirata Extracts

摘要(Abstract):
目的研究印度獐芽菜提取物的解酒保肝作用。方法采用翻正反射试验、防醉酒试验及解酒试验,同时测定小鼠血清中谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)含量以及肝脏中的丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)的含量及肝脏指数。结果印度獐牙菜的乙酸乙酯萃取物能明显延长醉酒时间和缩短醒酒时间,降低小鼠血液乙醇浓度;石油醚萃取物及乙酸乙酯萃取物能有效的降低血清中的AST、ALT活力;乙酸乙酯萃取物更能显著提高肝脏中的SOD和GSH的活力,降低MDA的含量及肝脏指数。结论印度獐芽菜乙酸乙酯萃取物具有较好的预防醉酒及解酒作用,其可能通过降低肝组织MDA、升高GSH和SOD含量起到保肝护肝作用。
OBJECTIVE To observe the anti-inebriation effects and the preventive effect of Swertia Chirata extracts on alcoholinduced liver injury. METHODS The test of righting reflex on mice was performed to evaluate the alleviating a hangover and dispel the effects of alcohol of Swertia Chirata extracts. Meanwhile,the AST、ALT、MDA、SOD、GSH and the Liver Coefficient levels were determined. RESULTS The ethyl acetate extracts of Swertia Chirata significantly postponed the time from P. O white spirit to the disappear of righting reflex,shortened the duration of drunk,and decreased the alcohol level of mice blood sharply. The activities of AST,ALT were obviously reduced by the ethyl acetate extracts and petroleum ether extracts; The activity of SOD and GSH were increased distinctly while the concentration of MDA and the Liver Coefficient were reduced by the ethyl acetate extracts.CONCLUSION The ethyl acetate extracts of Swertia Chirata shows protective effects on drunk and alcoholic liver injury.
