摘要(Abstract)：
阐述了诺氟沙星合成过程在环合、乙基化、哌嗪缩合等步骤中可能产生的副反应及减少和控制副产物的方法 ,以便提高产品的质量
In order to improve quality, the side reaction from cyclization, ethylation, piperazination in the preparation of norfloxacin and the way to control side products were discussed.
