深圳地区41株Ca-MRSA流行特征与耐药性

摘要(Abstract):

目的了解深圳地区Ca-MRSA流行特征及耐药性。方法调查深圳某医院2016~2018年Ca-MRSA检出率、标本来源及其对常见药物的耐药性。结果该院3年内分离Ca-MRSA共41株,检出率呈逐年上升趋势:2016年为10.00%,2017年为22.54%,2018年为26.87%。68.29%菌株分离自组织分泌物,其次为血液和痰液(均为12.20%)。Ca-MRSA对克林霉素、红霉素、环丙沙星及庆大霉素的耐药率分别为62.50%、63.41%、14.63%、4.88%,均低于HA-MRSA,而对多西环素的耐药率为26.32%,高于HA-MRSA,差异均有统计学意义。结论 Ca-MRSA检出率逐年升高,且耐药性相对严重,需要加强监测。
OBJECTIVE To explore epidemiological characteristics and antibiotics resistance of Ca-MRSA in Shenzhen area. METHODS We investigated the detected proportion of Ca-MRSA, specimen source and results of antimicrobial susceptibility test in a hospital from January 2016 to December 2018. RESULTS A total of 41 Ca-MRSA isolates were cultured and the isolated proportion of Ca-MRSA increased from 2016 to 2018: 10.00% in 2016, 22.54% in 2017, 26.87% in 2018. 63.41% Ca-MRSA were isolated from wound tissue secretions followed by blood and sputum(12.20%). Resistant rates of Ca-MRSA to clindamycin, erythromycin, ciprofloxacin, and gentamicin were 62.50%, 63.41%, 14.6% and 4.88% respectively, all of which were lower than HA-MRSA. Resistant rates of Ca-MRSA to doxycycline was 26.32%, which was higher than HA-MRSA. And these differences were statistically significant. CONCLUSION The detection proportion of Ca-MRSA is increasing year by year and its resistance is serious, so it is necessary to strengthen monitoring of Ca-MRSA.
