HPLC法测定丹参列舒颗粒中丹参酮ⅡA的含量

摘要(Abstract):

目的建立丹参列舒颗粒中丹参酮ⅡA的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱:Thermo Scientific ODS Hypersil(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-水(75∶25);流速:1.0 m L/min;检测波长:270 nm;柱温:25℃。结果丹参酮ⅡA在0.047 2~0.472μg范围内线性关系良好r=0.999 9),平均回收率为100.04%,RSD=0.94%。结论此方法简单准确,重复性好,可以作为丹参列舒颗粒的质量控制标准。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of tanshinone Ⅱ A in Danshen Lieshu grain by HPLC.METHODS The HPLC method was used with Thermo Scientific ODS Hypersil( 250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm). Mobile phase: methanolwater( 75 ∶25),with flow rate of 1.0 m L / min. The temperature of the column was 25 ℃. The UV detector wavelength was at 270 nm.RESULTS Tanshinone ⅡA has good linear relationship in the range of 0.047 2-0.47 2 μg( r = 0.999 9). The average recovery was100.04%,RSD was 0.94%. CONCLUSION This method is simple,accurate,reproducible,and can be used for the quality control of Danshen Lieshu grain.
