摘要(Abstract)：

目的建立了金菊感冒片中蒙花苷含量的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法色谱柱为Supelco Discovery C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-水-冰醋酸(40︰58︰2);柱温:40℃;流速:1.0ml/min;检测波长为334nm。结果蒙花苷浓度在1.26～31.5μg/ml之间峰面积与浓度具有良好的线性关系。平均回收率为100.3%;RSD为1.6%。结论方法简便灵敏,结果准确可靠,专属性强,可用于金菊感冒片的质量控制。
Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatographic method for the determination of buddleoside in Jinjuganmao tablets. Methods The Supelco Discovery C18 (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) column was used. The mobile phase was composed of methanol-water-glacial acetic acid (40︰58︰2), and the temperature of column was 40℃. The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min and the detective wavelength was 334 nm, external method. Results The linear range was 1.26～31.5 μg/ml. The average recovery of buddleoside was 100.3%, with corresponding RSD of 1.6% . Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive, accurate, and can be used for the determination of buddleoside in Jinjuganmao tablets.
